¿Cómo se envían los paquetes?
Los paquetes de nuestro almacén en China se enviarán por ePacket o EMS según el peso y el tamaño del producto. Los paquetes enviados desde nuestro almacén de EE. UU. Se envían a través de USPS.
¿Envían a todo el mundo?
Sí. Ofrecemos envíos gratuitos a más de 200 países de todo el mundo. Sin embargo, hay algunos lugares a los que no podemos enviar. Si te encuentras en uno de esos países, nos pondremos en contacto contigo.
¿Qué pasa con la aduana?
No somos responsables de ninguna tarifa de aduana una vez que los artículos hayan sido enviados. Al comprar nuestros productos, aceptas que se te envíen uno o más paquetes y puede ser sujeto a tarifas de aduana cuando llegan a tu país.

Mi seguimiento dice "no hay información disponible en este momento".
Para algunas compañías de envío, la información de seguimiento se actualiza en el sistema en 2-5 días hábiles. Si tu pedido se realizó hace más de 5 días hábiles y aún no hay información sobre tu número de seguimiento, contáctanos.
¿Mis artículos serán enviados en un paquete?
Por razones logísticas, los artículos en la misma compra a veces se envían en paquetes separados, incluso si has especificado el envío combinado.

POLÍTICA DE DEVOLUCIONES
Cancelación de orden
Todos los pedidos pueden ser cancelados si aún no han sido enviados. Si has pagado tu pedido y necesitas cancelarlo o hacer algún cambio, tienes 12 horas para contactarnos. Una vez el proceso de manipulación y envío ha comenzado, el pedido ya no podrá cancelarse.
Reembolsos
Tu satisfacción es nuestra prioridad # 1. Por lo tanto, puedes solicitar un reembolso o un reenvío para los productos solicitados si:
- Si tú no recibiste el producto dentro del tiempo garantizado (45 días sin incluir el procesamiento de 2 a 5 días) puedes solicitar un reembolso o un reenvío.
- Si recibiste el artículo equivocado, puedes solicitar un reembolso o un reenvío.

Hacemos no emitir el reembolso si:

Cambios
Si por alguna razón deseas cambiar tu producto, quizás por un tamaño diferente en ropa. Primero debes contactarnos y te guiaremos a través de los pasos.
Por favor no nos devuelve tu compra a menos que te autoricemos a hacerlo.

At first, I was skeptical, but when I received it I was so happy it was exactly what I was looking for. Very soft and nice hair, I got straight 12 inches. It is HD lace which in fact its great because it does not need a lot of customization. Will order again.
Received my wig a few days ago. I wanted to wear it before I left a review. Honestly love this wig. I didn’t bleach the knots or pluck it and the wig looks amazing as it is. I’ve gotten so many compliments the 2 days I’ve worn it. The hair feels amazing and it’s as it comes and if you straighten it it looks even better. I got 24” and it reaches my butt. I am 5’. I am in love with this wig!! I will be ordering from them again. ^_^ <3

I received my hair within 5 days , Quick shipping , im in love with this Hair , I ordered 200% density , 24” min. To NO SHEDDING , no funny smells . I will order fron this vendor , it also can with lace in the back , so if I wanted to throw up in a ponytail I could , ONLY THING THAT I HAVE AN ISSUE WITH Is the lace isn’t as transparent as I would like being that I’m a dark skin tone I’ll just bleach knots and lace ! But other than that it’s a SUPERIOR BUY !

The hair is nice and soft... It sheds a little more than what I expected, I have washed it and will iron again for a good finish ... My first wig and my first experience buying from this site, must say that the store kept me updated and was very nice. I would order again in future.
I love this hair I don’t really care for the density of 150 but overall it’s so soft definitely stretched length I haven’t installed it yet but when I do I will post the outcome . It’s is 20inches I’m short 4’11 so that’s why it may look longer I will be ordering again it took only 3-4 business days . And the store was very ! Active and responsive I recommend!
the wig is nice. not pre plucked nor bleached but it is really pretty. has a strong smell of perm and you need to wash it straight from the box.

It took a bit to be shipped out (but when it was shipped it arrived here in less than a week) however the unit is beautiful and requires very little plucking

Would definitely recommend for anyone wanting a good wig . My length is 20 with 200 density . No shredding apart from 1 to 3 hairs at first when I brushed it. Thanks will definitely purchase again
The wig is really nice it’s true to length and doesn’t come with a weird scent. However the parting space is a little bit shorter than expected but in overall it’s a good wig will definitely recommend it!
