¿Cómo se envían los paquetes?
Los paquetes de nuestro almacén en China se enviarán por ePacket o EMS según el peso y el tamaño del producto. Los paquetes enviados desde nuestro almacén de EE. UU. Se envían a través de USPS.
¿Envían a todo el mundo?
Sí. Ofrecemos envíos gratuitos a más de 200 países de todo el mundo. Sin embargo, hay algunos lugares a los que no podemos enviar. Si te encuentras en uno de esos países, nos pondremos en contacto contigo.
¿Qué pasa con la aduana?
No somos responsables de ninguna tarifa de aduana una vez que los artículos hayan sido enviados. Al comprar nuestros productos, aceptas que se te envíen uno o más paquetes y puede ser sujeto a tarifas de aduana cuando llegan a tu país.

¿Mis artículos serán enviados en un paquete?
Por razones logísticas, los artículos en la misma compra a veces se envían en paquetes separados, incluso si has especificado el envío combinado.

POLÍTICA DE DEVOLUCIONES
Cancelación de orden
Todos los pedidos pueden ser cancelados si aún no han sido enviados. Si has pagado tu pedido y necesitas cancelarlo o hacer algún cambio, tienes 12 horas para contactarnos. Una vez el proceso de manipulación y envío ha comenzado, el pedido ya no podrá cancelarse.
Reembolsos
Tu satisfacción es nuestra prioridad # 1. Por lo tanto, puedes solicitar un reembolso o un reenvío para los productos solicitados si:

Very soft hair, took about 4 days to get here. Definitely true to length. Everyone complimented how full and pretty the wig was. The wig has beautiful curls came on time very soft took bleaching well I even flat ironed it and it curled back up! The store always checked up on me and was very genuine and kind! The wig is extremely good for the price I would definitely recommend and I will buy from the seller again! I have no complaints

This is my first wig. Wig comes pre-plucked I did go in and took a bit more hair out before cutting the lace myself. The curl pattern is amazing !! First photo hair was washed and conditioned using Shea moisture, tangle teezer used then left the hair dry, I would say there have no shedding when brushed. 3rd photo hair was sprayed down with water and Shea moisture leave in raked through combed out again lightly using a tangle teezer. Last photo deep conditioned using African Best Coconut Creme Restorative Conditioner rinsed, air dried, put in three braids taken down lightly dampened and separated using fingers. I would purchase from this vendor again DEFINITELY. To all be safe
I am so glad I found this store. WOW. I'm actually in love with this wig! I'm very satisfied with my unit. I got the hair so quickly it came within 5 days which is amazing! Seller messaged me and let me know it was coming which I really appreciated. She is such a sweet heart and she made the transaction as pleasant as possible. The store is the best. I really love this hair, the lace lays down really good, there was no bad odor and the hair looks just like the description and the reviews. The hair came pre-plucked so I didn't have to really do too much plucking. The hair does not tangle and no shedding. The hair is soft and feels really good I definitely will be offered again soon. I love this hair and have been receiving so many compliments.
It is a very nice unit. Curls are nice and the wig doesn't shed at all. The wig cap is medium size which just suits my head. I've worn it twice so far and still no shedding and tangle now!! I got this hair a week early and I love this hair, it looks like my real hair and the curl pattern is amazing I've washed it 4 times and the pattern stays beautiful. I'm always getting compliments on this hair the store kept in touch and was very nice and made sure I received my package. I would be buying more from this company, And probably would send my girls here to purchase hair.

This hair is amazing it's super soft and the curls are beautiful. The curls are just right and the plucked baby hairs make it look even real so if you style it you can't tell that it's a wig. No smell and I am beyond 10000 happy. Well worth the money I spent on it! I will be ordering serval times the vendor kept in touch with me and the hair came in only 5 days. I really like this hair, It's exactly as described. The curls are fabulous & pretty. I plucked and wash the hair to make it look like I want it. I will be purchasing from this store again. Very beautiful wig, beautiful water waves and even more beautiful with the wet effect. The wig arrives already customized, but I recustomized it and then I bleached the knots. She arrived very quickly.

Great hair!!! even after bleaching the hair was still amazing! easy to maintain and I loved this water hair wig. When I first got the wig the curls were juicy and bouncy. I don’t recommend bleaching but if you do, be careful! It did take a while for the hair to get here though.
Omg!!! I love my unit! I was skeptical about longer hair, but I received so many compliments! It’s very convenient, low-maintenance and only needs water! No shedding! Dries quickly! I can pull it back into a nice ponytail! The pattern holds throughout the day! Very large head friendly!!! One of the best!! I use my water spray and the product below... just a pea amount and gently rub it through! I will order again!
The hair is so full and beautiful. It got to me really fast, it took less than a week to get to me which I’m more than happy about. Also, the store communication is AWESOME. Hello! I love my unit!!! So many compliments!!! I received it on Thursday, washed it and wore it in a ponytail yesterday! Today, I wore it down!!! Still no shedding! I usually add an elastic band for good support, but not this time!!! No glue... I just tightened the straps that are already attached!!! I love it... and I used edge control for my baby hairs!!! And I only use these products!!
This hair is awesome!! Shipping was super fast, I ordered on the 20 and got it after few days spite of COVID. The hair is super full and incredibly soft. It did have a no bad smell, I like that’s to be expected. I personally like my hair a darker so I dyed it dark brown and it’s still as soft as was out of the box. Also the cap fit my head. all in all AMAZING, and I will definitely be buying another
This wig is really good! Was a little skeptical because I never get ready made wigs but it fits perfectly and the hair is SUPER SOFT! The lace isn’t tinted the best but it works very well all the same. The hair also came in good time for my birthday. (8 days total). I love this hair and this length. It was also true to length.

I purchased this wig because I needed a wig that I could wear every day and on any occasion. When the package arrived, I was pleasantly surprised. The wig came in cute bag along with a wig cap, One thing I love about this wig is how soft the hair is!! I really love how much lace comes on the unit. I can part the hair on either side or down the middle to give a natural look.My favorite things about the wig is the length, the density, and there isn't any shedding,I also love that it is versatile, so that I can wear it to work and look professional or I can wear it for a night out and still look very attractive.
